Who doesn’t love a bliss ball recipe! They are the ultimate snack, for the entire family. Bliss balls can be prepared, frozen or kept in the fridge, providing you with a go-to snack.

These Maca Bliss Balls have some great benefits

Rolls 10-12 Balls

Ingredients Needed

1 cup of macadamia nuts (blended macadamia nuts)

1 cup of oat flour (blended up oats)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla essence or 1 vanilla pod scraped

1 cup of cranberries, soaked in hot water and blended into a paste

1 cup coconut desiccate (for rolling)


If you haven’t already-

  1. Soak your cranberries in hot water to soften. After soaking for 5 minutes, drain off the water and blend into a paste.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add oats and macadamia, blasting them until they make a flour, add in cinnamon and pour the flour into a large bowl.
  3. Melt your coconut oil, add this to your large bowl mix. Pour in the vanilla essence and mix all.
  4. In another bowl, add your coconut desiccate. Start to roll the mix into balls, then roll into the coconut desiccated and serve.

The Maca bliss balls can be stored in the fridge for a week, or freezer for a month. The perfect lunch box snack. Enjoy x
